Wondering how to move up in the ranks? Here's the criteria. The points you earn can be spent on either special items or rank. Special Honours can not be purchased.

Actual Photo - 15 Runes
Photoshopped Picture - 10 Runes
Story - 10 Runes
Recruits - 50 Runes
You can also gain special points with creative submissions. Number of points will be determined by Viking Staff.

Sergeant - 100 Runes
Captain - 150 Runes
Rape Viking - 250 Runes
Pillage Viking - 350 Runes
Rape & Pillage Viking - 500 Runes
Eric the Red - 1000 Runes

Please note: Volunteers points do not count towards Army ranking. You can continue to earn points above and beyond your ranking and they can be spent on special items. See those here.
Viking Rules:
No profanity, no lewd, racist, sexist, or in any way prejudicial content is allowed. Profile picture must be in Jpeg format and 75 x 75 pixels. Submitted Viking pictures must also be in Jpeg format and no larger than 250 x 250 pixels. You may not submit copyrighted material without the owner's permission unless it falls under "fair use" qualifications.
Videos should be posted on YouTube or another video sharing site and then you send us the link/embed code. To beconsidered eligible, the name of our website must be made visible at some point (so we know it was made for us).
Also note that all submissions are subject to approval. Rejected submissions will not receive any points.There may be new rules going forward, but this is it for now.
